The purpose of this document is to map the requirements, rules and regulations for the protection of personal data at Belotto Group sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-367) at ul. Mikołaja Kopernika 8/18 lok 105B/2, NIP: 5213925150; REGON: 388630051 (hereinafter: Belotto).

This privacy policy is a data protection policy within the meaning of the RODO - Regulation 2016/679 of the Council of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27.04.2016, on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation (Official Journal of the EU L 119 p.1)

Belotto Group Sp. z o.o. processes personal data via the website www.belottorealestate.com in case the user uses the contact form. Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(F) RODO as a legitimate interest of Belotto Group.

Belotto Group processes the following personal data:

  1. Name
  2. Date of birth
  3. Address of residence
  4. E-mail address
  5. Telephone number


Your personal data is stored by the Belotto Group:

  1. Where processing is based on the performance of a contract, for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract and thereafter for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims. Unless otherwise provided by a specific provision, the period of limitation shall be six years and, in the case of claims for periodic performance and claims relating to the running of a business, three years.
  2. Where data processing is based on consent, for as long as consent is not revoked, and after revocation of consent for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims. Unless otherwise provided by a specific regulation, the period of limitation is six years and, in the case of claims for periodic performance and claims relating to the conduct of a business activity, three years.


When using the website, additional information may be collected, such as the IP address assigned to the user's computer or the external IP address of the internet provider, access time or domain name.

Navigation data may also be collected from users, including information about links or references they choose to click on or other actions taken on the website. The legal basis for such activities is the legitimate interest of Belotto Group Sp. z o.o. (Article 6(1)(f) RODO), which is to facilitate the use of services provided electronically and to improve the functionality of these services.

The provision of personal data by the user is voluntary. Personal data will also be processed in an automated manner in the form of profiling, provided that the user consents to this on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO. The consequence of profiling will be the assignment of a profile to a person in order to make decisions concerning him or her or to analyse or predict his or her preferences.

Belotto Group makes every effort to protect the interests of data subjects and in particular ensures that the data collected by Belotto Group:

  1. They shall be processed in accordance with the law
  2. Collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with those purposes
  3. Substantially correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing
  4. Have an adequate level of security

Your personal data is transferred to the service providers used by the Belotto Group to operate the website. The service providers to whom personal data is transferred are, depending on the contractual arrangements, either subject to Belotto Group's instructions as to the purposes and means of processing such data or determine the purposes and means of processing themselves.

Your personal data is stored only in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Data subjects have the right of access to the content of their personal data (Article 15 RODO) and the right to:

Belotto Group provides appropriate technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification by unauthorised persons, of personal data sent electronically.

In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of the RODO and other applicable provisions of Polish Law shall apply.
