Belotto Group Sp. z o.o. processes personal data via the website www.belottorealestate.com in case the user uses the contact form. Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(F) RODO as a legitimate interest of Belotto Group.

Belotto Group processes the following personal data:

2. Date of birth
3. Address of residence
4. E-mail address
5. Telephone number

Your personal data is stored by the Belotto Group:

Where processing is based on the performance of a contract, for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract and thereafter for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims. 2. Where data processing is based on consent, for as long as consent is not revoked, and after revocation of consent for a period corresponding to the period of limitation of claims. Unless otherwise provided by a specific regulation, the period of limitation is six years and, in the case of claims for periodic performance and claims relating to the conduct of a business activity, three years.

When using the website, additional information may be collected, such as the IP address assigned to the user's computer or the external IP address of the internet provider, access time or domain name.

The legal basis for such activities is the legitimate interest of Belotto Group Sp. z o.o. Personal data will also be processed in an automated manner in the form of profiling, provided that the user consents to this on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO. In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the relevant provisions of the RODO and other applicable provisions of Polish Law shall apply.
